The residence
Jabali Towers rises from the urban heart of Tatu City, the 5,000-acre municipality on Nairobi's northern doorstep and Kenya's first Special Economic Zone. Two towers of 25 and 36 storeys sit above a 150-room hotel, Grade A offices and 35 shops and restaurants, across 88,000 square metres of built area. Construction is underway.

Jabali is planned for people whose work and home have stopped being separate places. Co-working and office space sit within the development itself, and Tatu City's downtown — banks, schools, healthcare, supermarkets, restaurants — is a walk rather than a drive. Over 25,000 people already live and work across the wider city alongside more than 100 businesses.
Studios through three-bedrooms run across both towers. The King Studio, between 41 and 49 m², is the entry point and the one investors ask for most. Standard one-bedrooms run from 50 to 74 m². Deluxe one-bedrooms, from 67 to 84 m², add a proper separate living room. Deluxe two-bedrooms run from 119 to 147 m².
Tower A was 75 per cent pre-sold when the contractor was appointed in June 2026, and past 80 per cent by early July. Entry pricing moved with it — the developer's published floor rose from KES 9.7M in June to KES 10.2M in July. The unit schedule we hold predates that move, so ask us for the live one before you plan around a figure; we will send it with its date on it.
