Canto is a deliberately narrow proposition: studios and one-bedrooms only, in Westlands, aimed at buyers who want the formats that rent fastest and cost least to hold. There are no three-beds here and that is the point.

Studios and one-bedrooms are the most in-demand sizes in Westlands. They let faster, they cost less to maintain and refurbish between tenants, and they resell into the deepest pool of buyers. Lower money in, and the yield percentage generally comes out ahead of the larger formats in the same building.
Studios run integrated kitchens and concealed storage so the room still works as a room. The one-bedrooms separate sleeping from living properly, which is what lets them take a long lease as well as a short stay.
Heavier than the unit sizes would suggest: a heated pool, an indoor cinema, a rooftop barbecue and lounge, rooftop mini golf, co-working space, separate steam and sauna for men and women, a mini basketball court, a prayer area, a coffee bar and an indoor games room. For a building of small units, the shared space is doing the work the flats cannot.
